I’ve spent over the last 20 years in the catering industry, owning, running, designing and building cafe’s.

i) A Business Degree in Marketing
ii) A Diploma in Hotel Management
iii) City & Guilds Certificate in Construction Studies and AutoCAD

iv) Certificate in Adobe Photoshop and proficient in many design programs such as InDesign and Illustrator.

I love coffee, and more importantly I love to see a successful cafe and restaurant businesses.
